Rental policy
At Silk, every piece is carefully selected and cared for so that your experience is a high-end one. To protect the quality and the longevity of the collection, a few terms apply to every rental.

Booking & payment
- — Every fitting session at the studio costs $30, whatever the price of the pieces you try on. That amount comes off your rental if you leave with a piece.
- — To confirm the rental of a piece, a deposit of 50% of the rental price is taken in person, at the studio.
- — The remaining balance is payable at pickup or before shipping.
- — A security pre-authorisation on a credit card may be required for certain pieces.

Rental period
- — The rental period begins as soon as the garment is picked up or received.
- — Items must be returned on the agreed date so they stay available for the next clients.
- — Late fees may apply if an item comes back after that date.

Garment care
- — Every garment is professionally cleaned by Le Projet Silk.
- — Clients should never wash, clean or alter the items themselves.
- — Please avoid perfumes, oils, self-tanners and any activity that could damage the pieces.

Condition of the pieces
- — Every item is inspected before and after each rental.
- — Small, normal signs of wear are accepted.
- — Major damage, loss or failure to return a piece may result in additional fees.

Cancellations
- — Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the rental date are accepted at no charge.
- — Fees may apply for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

Respect for the pieces
- — Every garment is part of a circular wardrobe meant to be worn and loved by several women. We ask every client to treat the pieces with care and respect.
